Heathcote railway station is located on the Illawarra railway line in the southern Sydney suburb of Heathcote. It consists of two side platforms connected by a footbridge with the station building and ticket office located on the up (citybound) platform. Heathcote station opened in 1886, [1] and is usually served by CityRail suburban trains operating between Waterfall and Bondi Junction.
